DEMO V1

The MCS V1 demo model demonstrates the overall design’s viability as well as a general outer look. Used to fix any issues existing in the design as well as seeking feedback from peers and teachers. It is based on a single Espressif ESP32 Dev Board, which a light is turned on once the modules is inserted into the slot. The framework is 3D printed by ordinary PETG filament and painted. The system is powered by a 5V lithium ion battery.

DEMO V2

The V2 shares no parts in common with V1 demo. This demo specifies in functionality. The entire framework is 3D printed through Carbon Fiber enhanced Nylon Filament, with aluminum panels at the side. Each module is now powered by an individual Espressif ESP32 WROOM Dev Board and the framework it self is powered by one for collection of data. All data are sent to a proxy server, which will further send the readings to a user GUI.
